  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 4th floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool.
  • Guests at Hyve have access to building amenities: pool (seasonal), gym, community grills, outdoor ping pong, lounge areas around the firepit, and rooftop escapes.

Policies and Rules

  • Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.
  • No pets allowed (maxPets: 0).
  • Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

Fees and Payments

  • A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises.
  • If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically between the early spring months and the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
    • This year the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025
  • Luggage Holding Service: Complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. Subject to Availability. The luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
  • GoodNight Stay offers all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can. Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided. Additional items cannot be provided if requested.
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: Highchair is provided as listed in amenities. For Pack & Play, please inquire. This is an add-on and not included in your reservation.
